Our Nursery Nurses and Assistants are structured into year groups, with specific competencies for children of each particular age. Every year-group has a Team Leader (Senior Nursery Nurse), who co-ordinates the activities of that group. Every child in the nursery is assigned a Keyworker who is the Primary Carer for that child when he or she is in the nursery. All staff, however well qualified, are committed to continuing their vocational training through a regularly updated Individual Training Programme. |
