Mama Bear’s Day Nursery is run by Bev and Tony Driffield. Bev is an Early Years Teacher with 27 year’s experience in childcare & education and is responsible for all aspects of Care and Education at the nurseries. Tony has 20 years experience in management and is responsible for the commercial, financial and legal aspects of the organisation. professional career involved in the management of childcare services. She was last with B&NES Council where she coordinated childminder services. The nurseries are run by qualified and experienced childcare professionals who oversee their own teams of carers, who are grouped to suit the age groups of the children, including any individual needs, and the resources of the specific nursery (e.g. the room layout). |
