Our nursery at Grove Leaze, Shirehampton also incorporates ‘Bristol Bears’ Out of School Club and Activity Centre. Here we run a breakfast, after-school and holiday club for five to eleven year olds. It’s the logical extension to school hours for working parents and carers. We take children from 7.30 am, give them breakfast and take them to the local schools. In the afternoon we pick them up from school, give them their tea, help them with their homework and let them use the resources of our sports hall, stage and ICT suite to have some fun. In the holidays we offer full day care from 7.30 am to 7.00 pm, including three meals, structured around weekly themes.

When the Out of School Club is not in residence we offer a schedule of activities for parents and children. Activities include Tiny Tumblers, Tumble and Stretch, Gym Kids, Action Songs and Rhymes. Activities are under the guidance of our award-winning gymnastics coach! Please ask for details.
