Activities throughout the nursery and pre-school are themed so that children gain knowledge and understanding of life topics through fun everyday activities. Topics run on a monthly basis and include such themes as Ourselves, Minibeasts, Seasons, Around the World, Holidays and Celebrations.

For children aged three months to three years we follow the Sure Start National Guidance ‘Birth To Three Matters’, which is a framework to support children in their earliest years. For pre-school children aged three to five years we deliver the ‘Foundation Stage of the National Curriculum’.

All children benefit from a structured, safe and well resourced environment.
