All welfare and educational activities throughout the nursery follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which is the statutory governing document for childcare providers. We are regularly inspected to ensure we meet (or indeed exceed) the requirements of the EYFS by OFSTED, the Local Education Authority and the Health Authorities. All our nurseries support free-flow play and help to develop children's confidence by encouraging them to choose the activities they want to engage in. However we also initiate adult-led activities to extend learning. These are themed on a monthly basis so that children gain knowledge and understanding of life topics through activities that they would not necessarily initiate themselves. Topics include themes such as Ourselves, Minibeasts, Seasons, Around the World, Holidays and Celebrations.

All activities are delivered through exploration and play.
